Green Star Polyps are easy care corals that thrive under low to moderate lighting levels. They prefer low to moderate water flow and do well in most reef tanks. Maintain alkaline levels from 8.0-8.3 pH and calcium around 380-430 ppm. Perform 5% weekly water changes and monitor alkalinity, magnesium, nitrates, and phosphates.

Target levels are: carbonate alkalinity 7-11 dKH, magnesium 1200-1400 ppm, nitrates <20 ppm, phosphates <0.1 ppm. Occasionally target feed phytoplankton and microplankton. These corals get most nutrition from light and will thrive with proper aquarium stability.
